Our program managers are at the heart of our approach. Meticulously gathering essential information and engaging in discussions with university faculty, we create a seamless connection. This process optimizes student-company engagement by ensuring a comprehensive grasp of your learning objectives, facilitating a harmonious and impactful partnership.

Once our team gains a clear program design and outlines faculty expectations, we leverage our extensive global network to identify the ideal host company. We then introduce the collaboration to potential hosts, who submit their business challenges via a project brief form. Upon faculty selection, we organize a meeting between the two parties, aligning engagement expectations. Any necessary agreements, including non-disclosure and intellectual property, are carefully drafted and signed. This streamlined process ensures a harmonious partnership, setting the stage for impactful collaboration.

Under the guidance of university faculty, students are organized into groups. Before embarking on the real-world challenge, our program manager compiles crucial insights from host company representatives, setting the stage for focused and effective collaboration. Now it’s time to align the students and host company representatives to outline a purposeful project journey spanning research, analysis, solutions and more. Each phase is accompanied by a tailored work plan template, fostering structured progress. Throughout, our program manager offers accessible support, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders, and regular meetings between students and host company representatives.

As the project reaches its culmination, the program manager gathers students' final reports and shares them with host company representatives. An eagerly anticipated virtual or in-person presentation by the students follows, unveiling the solutions born from collaborative endeavors. The engaging showcase is coupled with an interactive Q&A session, offering insights and a comprehensive view of the proposed solutions.

Upon project completion, our program manager administers student evaluation forms to host company representatives. Concluding the engagement, a purposeful debrief call is arranged, encouraging dialogue between the university and the host company. This reflective phase ensures insights are gathered, fostering growth and enhancing future collaborations.
Formats

On-the-ground
Students embark on an in-person, travel-based engagement. Over the course of a week, they delve into research and analysis, culminating in final presentations.
