COVID-19 Update- 7th April 2020

Dear friends,

We are living through historic times. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought profound disruption to countries, businesses, communities around the world – and of course SMEs in travel and education are hit very hard. ISP has been always committed to protecting our employees, partners and clients – our emphasis on collaboration and innovation has been at the heart of our work for over 20 years. These core values are more important now than ever before, our guiding principles navigate through this global crisis.

We are extremely grateful for all the messages of support, for all your patience and understanding. I would like to ask you all to continue to bear with us while we process a tremendous number of changes and administrative requirements. We know that you are all anxious to do the very best for your students and colleagues - we understand and share your concern – we are working around the clock to ensure the most satisfactory outcomes for everyone.

To that end, I would like to share some key information about current actions taking place at ISP.

2020 programs:

All programs until May 30, 2020 have now been canceled or postponed. We work closely with our partners and clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best solutions for each study program – be it rescheduling to later months or canceling entirely for 2020. For now, we are continuing to work on programs traveling from June through to the end of the year. In case you have any questions at all about your current program or future travel options you can contact us and we will get back to you within 24 working hours.

ISP Digital:

Even in the hardest times there are opportunities and we’re happy to announce that we’ve developed a portfolio of impactful, online learning events for students at every level. Ranging from online presentations to consulting projects - many of our clients are already using these as an immediate replacement for their canceled study abroad trip. For more information visit https://www.studyprograms.com/online-projects or contact us here.

Over the coming months, ISP Digital will be developing even more content which can support or, to some extent replace some aspects of a traditional study tour. We often teach groups about agility, crisis management and leading through change and we are now practicing what we teach! Despite the serious challenges we are facing, this is an exciting and dynamic time – with opportunities to emerge better, stronger and more inspired than ever before.

Re-watch two recent webinars on the power of (virtual) global consulting projects

and how to work together to create international experience options.

We highly appreciate your patience and all your support. We are always here for you and look forward to getting through this challenging time together. We will keep you updated with any new developments.

In the meantime, we wish you, your families, colleagues and communities health, positivity and patience.

Kindest regards,
