Back up and protect your study program

We know the journey from booking your program to departure may require some adjustments along the way. That’s why we’ve created contingency options for your trip that’ll protect your students’ learning experience and your funds.

First, pick your desired destination

The contract is signed and your program is confirmed

You’re introduced to your designated program team

But, the situation arises that you cannot (or choose not) to travel

YOUR TRAVEL CONTINGENCY OPTIONS:

A. GET REFUNDED

We’re happy to help arrange a CFAR insurance plan through our partners. Here’s what it means for your refund options:

With CFAR* insurance (*cancel for any reason)

  • Get up to 75% of the non-refundable program costs, in case of cancelation, up to 48 hours prior to travel.

  • Or get 100% back due to medical reasons (testing positive, sickness, injury etc.)

Without CFAR insurance

  • Standard contractual cancelation conditions apply

 B. PICK AN ALTERNATIVE DESTINATION

We can reroute your program up to 30 days prior to your departure.

  • We’ll suggest the best alternative destination for your program based on the following criteria:

  1. CDC Travel recommendations

  2. Vaccination rates

  3. The current and historic epidemic status in the country

  4. The country’s healthcare system

  5. Our experience and connections in the destination

In addition, we evaluate every country’s entry requirements, if vaccination is mandatory to enter, as well as any possible local quarantine, social distancing, and so forth. You can find this information via our Travel Destinations page here

 C. SWITCH TO A TAILOR-MADE VIRTUAL PROGRAM

Secure your students’ learning objectives with a global and boundless online program

  • Opt for a consulting project with an academic event to give students business insights of the destination’s economic climate tied in with a local cultural experience

  • There’s also the possibility to arrange a traditional academic program (similar to the program planned on the ground, but instead organized virtually - depending on the time zone)

 D. PROGRAM POSTPONEMENT

Postpone your trip until a later date to a time that works for you and your group
